Saint Lucia National Trust: Earth Day Film Viewing

We are happy to announce that the Saint Lucia National Trust will be organizing three activities for Earth Day 2011! They are:
(1) An Earth Day Special; This will take the form of tributes in poems and songs by various individuals during a live "The Agenda" programme on Radio Saint Lucia (RSL 97) on Tuesday, April 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. one can listen on www.rslonline.com or send their contribution to theagenda@rslonline.com.
(2) A viewing of a film dubbed "Saint Lucia: An Island Nation under Pressure" on Tuesday, April 26 on Helen Television System (HTS Channel 4) from 8:15 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. The aim of this 28 minute film is to show the need for balance between conservation and development. It will take the format of a viewing with a live audience followed by a dynamic panel discussion,
(3) A educational hike on Monday, May 2nd of various areas which were highlighted in the film "Saint Lucia: An Island Nation under Pressure".
