At Alliance Payroll we're fortunate to have the best clients in the world!
For 2012 we are on a campaign to help these great businesses decrease their paper footprint using resources already deployed in their business. Using their existing AllPay and MyPay applications clients are able to remove paper from, employee requests, pay vouchers, performance reviews, benefit enrollment and new hire onboarding.
As a first step we are working to help our clients use their online MyPay portal more effectively. A main component of payroll is the delivery of a Pay Advice (Voucher) to employees receiving direct deposit. Using MyPay companies can allow employees to view their Pay Advice details online. This Act of Green eliminates paper and all of its additional consumable costs from the environment.
Working with our great clients we are confident we can reach our goal to add a total of 40,000 new MyPay users by Earth Day 2012.
